House Rules
These are our general house rules. Any location or bingo specific rules will be included in the event listing.
1
No person under the age of 16 is permitted in the Bingo Hall, with exception of workers/volunteers.

Bingo sales will begin promptly when the doors open. With mini games starting an hour later. Main bingo will being after a 15 min intermission. We will have an additional intermission after GAME 16, or Block of Nine.

Maximum attendance will depend on venue (ESRC 250 people)

Payment is cash only, there shall be no checks or credit accepted to play

No books or special paper are to be played from other Bingos.

Each player is required to purchase minimum of two-3 up single, or one-6 up double regular game booklet/s to be eligible to play bingo, and extra specials.

If players are attending the Mini Bingo. Each player is required to purchase a 3 up game book for that session to play the special that follows the book. (i.e., purchase Game Book #1 to play GAME 5, ANY 2 POSTAGE STAMPS)

No excessive noise, please mute, or power down cell phones.

No person acting as bingo caller, or checker can play bingo throughout the evening.

The bingo will respect provincial COVID-19 rules, at this time masks are not mandated, but patrons are encouraged wear masks.

There is no “Special Bingo” events or Progressive Jackpots. The Bonanza has a diminishing jackpot.

Players are responsible to call “Bingo” clearly and loudly so the caller can hear them.

Bingo players are to raise their hands with the winning card to alert volunteer staff.

Once the caller has dropped the bingo balls and the game is announced “closed” no other bingo can be honoured.

In the event of cancelation our facebook page “Eastern Shore Pride" &/or "Old School Community Gathering Place” will be the means of notifying the public.

There will be no saving tables for other players.

Accessible tables maybe reserved for players with disabilities and their companions. These table will be indicated in the bingo hall, they will have close access to the exits, washrooms and canteen facilities (if applicable).

All prizes will be paid by cash.
