About the event
Ditch the bug spray—this is not your average summer camp! Camp Campfire is a playful, unapologetically CAMP gathering for the queer community.
What do we mean by CAMP? It’s an aesthetic and sensibility that embraces exaggeration, theatricality, and irony, often with a sense of humor and playfulness. It’s a way to express yourself, challenge norms, and celebrate your individuality!
Come hang out by the fire, enjoy some classic campfire snacks, and soak up the cozy vibes under the stars. Sequins are highly welcome, but never required—just bring yourself, your fabulousness (whatever that looks like), and maybe a camping chair. This is your space to be you, make new friends, and connect with community. Come for the snacks, stay for the sparkle. Let’s make s’more memories together!
